This weekend retreat is an opportunity for people to invest in themselves and to have space to ponder the question of meaningful and purposeful work in their future. The course is based on a blend of ancient wisdom teachings and well-being as Ayurvedic massages & nutritional counselling, QI Gong, Meditations, Mindfulness practices.
